Various foods which could be obtained and prepared with very little trouble on a caravan trip were described by ■Mrs. C. Barfqot in an address to the New Zealand Women's Food Value League yesterday. The speaker advocated the use of a fair amount of raw fruits and vegetables and described how cooking could be simply carried out by the use of steamers for the cooking of vegetables and fish.
