UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
The dissolution of his marriage with Margaret Alice Frances Mary Gate on the ground of separation since March, 1936, was sought by David Alexander Cate (Mr. M. Robinson) before Mr. Justice Callan yesterday < The parties were married m 1919 m Southampton, when the petitioner was a member of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, and they canie to New Zealand. The petitioner said that in January, 1936, his wife received money from her father's estate, and by mutual agreement she returned to England permanently shortly afterward. His Honor granted a decree nisi.
