THE FIRST ARREST MADE (0.C.) DUNE DIN, Friday The first arrest to be made in New Zealand by a member of the recently appointed women police was effected today when Miss E. M. yCallaghan, one of two officers stationed in Dunedin, took into custody a youth who was subsequently brought before the Children's Court and remanded:
