BANKRUPTCY CASES

Bankruptcy matters were dealt with by Mr. Justice Callan yesterday. In granting discharge subject to three months' suspension to Frederick Francis Charles Jeffs, upholsterer (Mr. R. S. Burt), His Honor warned tho bankrupt that if he was thinking of going back into business and he then displayed tho same irresponsibility as he did previously he was likely to get a hostile and unsympathetic reception from his creditors and from the Court. Immediate discharges were granted to George Hutchinson, of Henderson, carpenter (Mr. Gdodall); Alexander Giesen. of Rotorua, driver (Mr. Giesen): and Nils Albert Person, motor dealer (Mr. Goodall).
