Great Earth Tremor. —The epicentre of Tuesday's great earthquake is believed to be about 500 miles off the Portuguese coast. Another tremor was felt in Lisbon on Wednesday morning. Hew Postal Rates.—The Australian Postmaster-General, Senator Ashley, has announced that new postal rates will come into force in the Commonwealth on December 10.
