182 VOLUNTARY AIDS ANNOUNCEMENT NEXT WEEK fBY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Thursday The personnel of the Voluntary Aid Detachment of 182 women for service in the Middle East with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force is likely to be announced early in the coming week. Nominations for inclusion in the unit were considered in Wellington to-day by a special committee appointed for the purpose. The names of tho women selected have been submitted to the, Army Department, which will arrange to have them medically examined. Provided they pass the prescribed medical test they will be accepted for service. Reserves over and above those actually required have also been provisionally selected.
