CLEARING RAGWORT
(0.C.) WHAKATANE. Wednesday The work of clearing ragwort on native and Crown lands is at present occupying 27 men, and this number will be increased as labour becomes available. A limited supply of chemical is being used, further supplies being unobtainable. Cutting of the weed will be adopted.
