STOCKS AND SHARES
THE AUCKLAND EXCHANGE DOMINION ISSUES DOMINANT New Zealand stocks again dominated the sales list on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday, when steady prices were maintained. Buyers operated very extensively throughout the market and there was some improvement in support for Australian stocks. Sellers, however, continued to hold off. There was inquiry for G. J. Coles again at 61s and, although this represented a recovery of 2s 6d on earlier offers this week, holders were not interested. There will be no afternoon call to-mor-row owing to the Exchange's annual golf tournament. CLOSING QUOTATIONS
