LADY GALWAY GUILD
An excellent year's work was reported at the annual meeting of the Mission Bay branch of the Lady Galway Guild held yesterday afternoon. During the year 128 parcels, comprising over 2000 miscellaneous garments and quilts, have been despatched to headquarters for overseas. At a previous meeting a visit was paid to the branch by the Mayoress of Auckland, Mrs. J. A. C. Allum, who congratulated the members on their work for the guild.
