BREAD JUDGE'S VIEWS [BY TKLKGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION ] NELSON, Wednesday i Replying further to statements defending the quality of New Zealand flour, the two bread judges at the Nelson show said there were not '2O brands of flour available in the Nelson district, as was stated to be the case in Wellington. If brands were not availjabli' to Nelson bakers, others could be t substituted at the discretion of the • Flour Controller. 1 They were getting a large quantity - of the kind of Hour which deteriorated i through being kepi in store for a long period. One of the judges said he had some of that in stock, and challenged - the Wheat, Research Institute to send I its test baker to Nelson and made a lirst-elass commercial loaf from it.
