FAILURE TO ENROL

FJ, Monday Stating that he had not realised his responsibility, as he considered he was exempt from registration on account of physical disabilities, John Arthur Foilding Yates, single, aged 28, pleaded guilty before Mr. Raymond Ferner, S.M., to failing to apply for enrolment in the general reserve. In view of the circumstances the magistrate said he would impose a smaller penalty than usual and fined Yates £5.
