RESERVISTS SENTENCED ONE MONTH'S IMPRISONMENT WAXCAXUI. Wednesday Two reservists. Mervvn .Mills Browne and Donald Edward Kogers, who refused to submit themselves for medical examination, appeared before .Mr. J. H. Salmon, S..M. Both were sentenced to one month's imprisonment. Addressing Browne, Mr. Salmon said; You come within the class of conscientious objectors, and I understand camps are to be provided for defaulters. These camps are not ready, so I will send you to prison for a month. Bogers, when asked by the magistrate if lie was willing to obey the law if given an opportunity, replied in the negative.
