GAMING HOUSE CHARGE

(0.C.) _ HAMILTON, Monday A raid oil premises in Commerce Street, Frankton, hv Senior-Sergeant A. G. McHugh and two constables led to the appearance of Leonard James Conlon before Messrs. G. K. Sinclair and P. Hunter, J.P.'s, on a charge of using his premises as a common gaming house. Three other men were also charged with being found in a common gaming house. The accused were remanded and released on bail.
