PLEDGING OF NATIONHOOD (Reed. 7.35 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11 Tlio Observer says: "The Royal New Zealand Navy lias earned its separate identity. Those inquiring its title deeds need only he referred to the record of the Achilles against the Grat Spec. Itmarks a definite and picturesque stage in the pledging of full nationhood."
