DAIRY DIRECTORS (0.C.) HAMILTON, Wednesday Representing the northern ward, Mr. R. Wilcox, of Buckland, has been elected a director of the New Zealand Co-operatire Dairv Company, Limited. Ho defeated Mr. ,T. Dean, of Pukekohe, by a substantial majority. Directors returned unopposed Were Mr. R. A. Candy (Ngarua), Mr. F. 0. R. Phillips (Otorohanga) and Mr. W. Marshall (Paeroa). ALISON PARK RACECOURSE A motion was put forward at a meeting of the Devonport Borough Council last night suggesting that the Alison Park racecourse be subdivided into quarter-acre and half-acre, sections for lease as gardens. It was decided to refer the matter to the borough engineer, Mr. A. T. Griffiths, as there is at present another scheme on hand. N.Z.
