TITI HANOI RIDING.—A General Rate of twopence (2d) in the pound (£) on the rateable value of all rateable property in the riding. The Rates to be for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1041, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1942, and to be due and nayable in one instalment on the 11th day of August, 1011, to the Collector, E.
