SERVICE IN NEW ZEALAND jCKecd. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 16 The death is announced of Mr. Gavin M, Hamilton, after a brief illness. late Mr. Gavin M. Hamilton, C.M.G., M.V.0., was secretary to tho Governor-General of New Zealand, the Earl of Liverpool, from 1912 until 1920, in which year the Earl of Liverpool's term of office concluded, fie was previously on the staff of the Earl of (Aberdeen, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.
