A youth, Frank Harris, age( j 17 jumped into the lagoon and rescued Dalton Birchall. Ho returned (o th water and after some difficulty f Ou J Edward Birchall and brought him to the bank. However, artificial respiration proved of no avail. An inquest will be held to-morrow,
