SPINAL INJURY

FOOTBALL ACCIDENT (O.O.) KAITAIA, Tuesday Playing football for Waihar&ra ati Waimahara on Saturday against Hoohora, Mr. L. Jubomir Srhoj, aged 23, was seriously injured after ho had taken part in a scrum. An examination revealed a fracture of the spine at the neck. The sufferer was taken to the Kaitain Hospital. It has since been found that specialist treatment is necessary, and lie will be taken to Auckland by aeroplane to-morrow.
