Seas moderate inshore north of Fast Cape, elsewhere rough or rather rough, leather cold, changeable and showery in most d'stricts. but improving soon in \\ estland and later in inland districts of Otago jmci Canterbury. Snow on ranges trom the Kaikouras northward.
