THE METROPOLE

The facilities for reservations were greatly appreciated by the throng of dancers at the Metropole on Saturday night and new attractions added to the success of the entertainment. The modern and rhythmic programme covered a varied range that appealed to all tastes, and the Metropole Band under the leadership of Mr. Phil. Campbell gave a breezy interpretation of popular musical numbers "The Toy Trumpets," with trumpet solo bv Mr. Campbell, received special applause.
