Wellington College Old Girls' Association.—The seventh annual meeting was held recently, the following officers being elected : —President, Mrs. Junes; secretary. Mrs. L. Larkin; committee, Mrs. Coney, Mrs. Duder. Mrs. Heughan, Mrs. Tewsley and Miss Hare. New Women's Club.—The recent dismissals from the Infirmary nursing stall' were the subject of an address by Miss D. McCormack at the last meeting of this club. Mrs. A. Gladding presided. Catholic Nurses' Guild.—An address oil the early history of French Canada and the shrine of Saint Anne de Boaupre was given by Mrs. Louise Allen at the monthly meeting of the Auckland branch of the guild. The president, Miss Amy Ryan, presided. Problem Club.—M embers of the Problem Club and the School for the Deaf held a joint afternoon at the Farmer's tearooms to farewell Mrs. Carter, president of both clubs, who is leaving for a trip to Australia. Small gifts were made to the guest of honour by Mrs. Coughlan and Mrs. Laird.
