PATRIOTIC CONCERT
STUDENT NURSES' EFFORT | An enjoyable concert was presented by student nurses in the nurses' home of the Auckland Hospital last night, j'here was a large audience comprising nurses, executive members of the Auckland Hospital staff, and outside friends. The president ol the student nurses, Nurse L. Coulter, staled that the proceeds Irom the Junction were to hedivided between British nurses and the fund to help New Zealand nurses on military service. This fund, said Nurse Coulter, had been in existence since hostilities commenced, and parcels hail been sent, from the fund at regular intervals to the nurses on service. Jtems presented by the nurses included pianoforte solos, songs, a short sketch, and exhibitions ol Highland dancing.
