ARMY CYCLISTS EXEMPT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Thursday Motor-cyclists of the armed forces will not require to carry "L" plates, on their machines if they are inexperienced riders, according to His Majesty 3 forces motor-cyclist suspension order gazetted to-night. It is pointed out, however, that the riding of motorcycles by members of the forces is strictly supervised.
