MEMORIAL SERVICES HELD HOME, March H In the presence of ex-Queen Kna. Prince Juan, the King and Queen of Italy and other notable personages, ex-King Alfonso's coffin, covered with the Spanish flag, lay in the Church of St. Mary of the Angels for Solemn Requiem Mass, after which it was placed in a niche near the tomb of the Spanish Popes in the Church of St. Mary Montserrat until burial in Spain. General Franco attended a memorial service in Madrid, at the church where Alfonso was married. Flags in London were flown at half-mast.
