GROUND FOR DEPORTATION BALBOA, Jan. 20 Mr. Edward M. Scott, managingdirector of the Panama American, and formerly of New Zealand, who was arrested by the Panamanian secret police, will be deported on the alleged ground that he accused the President of the Panama Republic, Dr. Harmed is Arias, of sympathies with the totalitarian Powers.
