PROVISION FOR APPEALS [BY TKTjEGHAI'H VKI'.SS ASSOCIATION'] WKLU NG TON, Thursday Revised oil fuel retail hours emergency regulations are issued with the Gazette. These state that the sponsors of any requisition to lix the hours of business of retail licensees are required to give notice in the local press at least seven days prior to the delivery of tiio requisition to the Minister. Provision is also made for the right of appeal to a stipendiary magistrate on the grounds of undue hardship by any retail licensee for total or partial exemption from the provisions of any closing order issued by the Minister*
