I,IXO TOX, Thursila y Fnder the Termites Act (Application) Order, 1010. appearing in the Gazette, four local authorities in Auckland and also the New Plymouth Borough Council are em|Kiwered to act as inspectors and carry out other provisions of the Act passed last year to deal with the termite post. This is the first application of the powers conferred by the Act. The Auckland local bodies concerned are the Mount Albert, Onehunga and One Tree Hill .Borough Councils, and the .Mount Hoskill Road Board.
