MR. COWARD'S VISIT
RECEPTION ON MONDAY CONCERT IN THE TOWN HALL A civic reception to Mr. Noel Coward, the well-known playwright, composer and actor, who will make a three weeks;' tour of New Zealand, will be given by the Mayor ot' Auckland, Sir Ernest Davis, in the Xown Hall concert chamber on Monday at 5 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Mr. Coward will be the principal performer in a concert in the Town Hall on Wednesday night in aid of patriotic funds. He will be assisted by Mr. Heddle Nash, tenor and a number of English artists who visited the Dominion tor the Centenary celebrations. Mr. Andersen Tyrer will conduct the orchestra. Mr. Coward will visit Hobsonville and Whenuapai on Tuesday, when he will entertain Air Force personnel. It is probable that he will also visit Papakura camp before leaving New Zealand. During his tour, in which he will visit military camps and air stations throughout the Dominion, Mr. Coward will have with him his own accompanist, Mr. Sefton Dal v.
