OLD FAITHFUL
Unless its master returns soon a dog which lias for some days kept vigil on the Irish coast may die of a broken heart —or starvation, wrote a correspondent of The Kvening News, London, iast month. Rescued from the sea by Farmer Healy, of Bederrig (Co. Mayo), the exhausted dog was taken to the farmhouse. But as soon as it recovered it escaped from the house and later was found on the shore gazing wistfully out to sea. It refuses to leave and will not cat.
