Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting held on Thursday, the 12th day of December, 1910, the following Resolution was passed:— "In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 5 (c) of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves and declares that the under-mentioned plant is a noxious weed within the County of Matamata: Hemlock (Conium maculatu m). The above Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on THURSDAY, the lfith day of January, 19-11, at 11 a.m., at the County Chambers, Tirau.
