Paterson ordered that both be | detained in a reformative institution for j a period not exceeding two years. A third youth aged 16 was brought | before the Juvenile Court on four j charges of converting motor-cars and three of theft. The youth had been associated with Bogue and Bell. He was committed to the supervision of the Child Welfare Department for two vears.
