Bishop, of Hamilton who has served with the >cw Zealand Army for nearly oO years, has been promoted to the rank of lieutenant, and has been appointed adjutant of the Waikato Mounted Rifles. i Lieutenant Bishop served through the Great War, and on his return, he joined the New Zealand Permanent Staff, with which he has since been associated.
