MOTOR-CAR OVERTURNS

Swerving to avoid another car, then swerving again in order to miss a child, a motor-car driven by Mr. John Hall collided with a lamp post and overturned in Lake Road, lakapuua. at about eight o'clock yesterday morning. A passenger, Mr. Osmond Donoghue, was taken to the Auckland Hospital and discharged after treatment at the casualty ward. The driver and three other passengers suffered only slight abrasions. The vehicle was damaged extensively.
