PRISONER SENTENCED
"Since 1921 this man has served 17 years in prison," said Mr. Hubble in (lie Supreme Court yesterday, when appearing for William Baker, who had pleaded guilty to a charge of theft from a patient in the Auckland Hospital of a watch, chain and sovereign case, valued at £ls 10s. Prisoner was sentenced by I\l r. Justice Fair to three months' imprisonment.
