PROFESSOR COLOMBARINI Professor of Economics at two universities in India lor 41 years. l l ro|es>or (;iulio Knrico < olombnrini has died at his home at Brighton Road. Parnell. in his 71th year. Professor ( olonibarini was born in Cnsigno. Bologna, bclorthat province was united with the Kingdom of Italy, being educated in Italy ; ,nd a 1 Oxford rniversity. After gaining his MA. degree. Professor Colombanni was sent to India in 1 890. and became principal of the I Diversity ol Allahabad, and later of Punjab Univcrsitv. On his retirement six years ago he came to New Zealand with his wile and settled in Auckland.
