STRANDING OF VESSEL (Received December 3, 11.30 p.m.) MKIYBOURNK, Dec. The master of the inter-State liner Orungal, Captain S. (idling, and the officers, were exonerated of all blame for the stranding of the vessel near Barwon Heads on November L'L. The Court of Marine Inquiry found that the ship was off her course owing to the strong set of the current and thick weatnor.
