Sunday The report presented at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association yesterday stated that to meet the rases of chilis which, although unable to carry on, were desirous of retaining their affiliation, the management committee had decided to allow this without liability for affiliation fees until after the conclusion of hostilities.
