COUNCIL VACANCY
APPOINTMENT TO BE MADE A decision to exercise the right to appoint a councillor to fill the vacancy caused on the One Tree Hill Borotrgh Council by the death of Mr. J. JBoyce rather than face the expense of an election was made at a meeting: of the council last nij>ht. The Mayor, Mr. I. J. Goldstine. said the ? next election would be in May and he suggested that the new councillor should be appointed at the next meeting.
