RESCUE OF DOG
: BRONZE MEDAL AWARD '■ Advice that the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals had decided, on the Auckland Society's recommendation,, to make a presentation of its.bronze medal and certificate to Mr. C. K. Fitzsimmons, of Taupo, was received at an executive meeting of the society. Mr. Fitzsimmons rescued a dog from a very precarious position at the Huka-Falls in January.
