Regulations gazetted .make it an offence for any person to utter a counterfeit or forged liquid fuel ration ticket or licence, or to make, sell, use, or possess dies, plates, or printing instruments to counterfeit or forge tickets or licences.

Possession of bogus ration tickets or licences and trafficking in them is also brought under tho National Security penalties.
