AUCKLAND EAST CIRCUIT The proposed erection of a new parsonage at Reirmera was approved at the quarterly meeting of the Auckland East Circuit of the Methodist Church. The Rev. F. Copeland presided over an attendance of 46 members. The balancesheet showed an increase in the credit balance of about £ls, and, although the membership returns showed a slight decrease, there was a gratifying increase in the rolls of Sunday schools and Bible classes. The following were appointed representatives of the circuit, at the next synod:—Messrs. J. F. Roberts, W. Ainl)urv, K. \V. Tozer and Riuld. and Miss E. Rishworth. Mrs. C. Gibson "nd Messrs. C. K. Wigglesworth ari K. Warburton were chosen as substitutes.
