TONGA AEROPLANE FUND
More than £SOOO has been collected a for the Spitfire Fund in Tonga. Among | the donations were £2OOO from the j] eminent and a similar sum from Mr. j William Cocker, of Nukualofa. A sum c. £260 was contributed at avau ana £IOO at Haapai. Although the price or the main product of the Tongan group, copra, is down to zero, the people are contributing generously to the va effort. '
