There was a lame attendance at tlio annual meeting of the New Zealand Division of the Australasian Institute of Secretaries. The financial surplus for the year was reported to be £9O nnd it was decided to donate the amount to the Lord .Mayor's Fund for the belief of Distress in London. The following were elected to the divisional council: —Messrs. F. H. Bass, D. N. Chambers, A. G. Fogerty, H. B. Harper. G. W. Hutchison. S. G. Korbv, D. C. O'Halloran, N. Porter, H. E. Strickett and H. G. Thomson.
