MAORI BOY'S FATE
DEATH BY {.HOOTING [by telegraph OWN correspondent] WHAKATANE, Monday The body of Wiri Ngawaka, aged 13, son of Mr. arid Mrs. Paul Ngawaka, of Matalri, was found beside a haystack with a discharged double-barrelled shotgun near by. An inquest was opened nt Whakatane before Mr. G. A. Brabant, district coroner, and adjourned after formal evidence had been hoard.
