THE AUCKLAND EXCHANGE STRONG VALUES RULING The sharemarket again presented a strong front on the Auckland Stock Kxchangu yesterday. The rising trend in oilers continued, and dealing was more active. Government loans sold more freely, -with the 1954-58 4 per cent stock changing hands at £IOB. Hanks met with father weaker support and New Zealands lost some ground. Insurances showed a firmer trend. .Most of the business was done among the misoeljaneous industrials. Jiuycrs raised their limits for most of the prominent Australian issues. New Zealand scrip was strong, with activity in Wilsons Cement. TJie Exchange will be closed on day for .Dominion Day. The property, which was in the Sheridan estate, had been, used for running cattle. There is a duelling on it.
