Cats and dogs in the_ Netherlands have to get in line with Nazi ordersjor eatiug, states a correspondent of The New York Times. A rationing order the other day said cats must have no more than a kilogram and a-half (341b.) of food a month. Dogs may receive three to twelve kilograms, depending on size.-
