WOMAN CHARGED

LARGE THEFT ALLEGED A charge of stealing £996, the property of Robert Urquhart, while a clerk in his employ, was preferred against Phyllis Olive Barnett, aged 30 (Mr. Bcckcrlog) in the Police Court yesterday. before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M. Detective-Sergeant Walsh asked for a remand until September 19, saying that accused had been arrested that morning. The remand was granted, bail being allowed in two sureties of £2OO.
