ELECTION OF PRESIDENT NEW YORK. Sopt. 12 A message from Mexico City says the Chamber of Deputies has officially declared General Avila Camacho Pre-sident-elect of Mexico, overriding the claims of General Juan Andreu Alamazan. The Government spokesman said the moves of General Alamazan and his forces definitely classed them as rebels.
