When Mr. Russell Smith bought this heifer. Tor her present owner, Mrs. F. Upton, Bombay, It whs stated that she was a house cow's cair from Papakura. She was traced back through two dealers to Mr. Pugh, or Papakura, but he could not remember from whom he purchased her. She certainly has breed character in abundance and should be easily recognised by her distinctive markings. A reward will be paid to anyone who can identify and give her breeding. An outstanding Bull Cair born on the iitb August this year is for sale.
